Like so many others, I struggled with my body image in my teens and was very underweight for a period of time. I felt uncomfortable going into a gym and had no idea about nutrition or what to eat. Once I discovered the proper balance of exercise I could do at home and clean eating with supplements, it set me on a new path to take control of not just my health, but my whole life.
I'm here to help you find that same grit. Feeling strong and powerful in your body. Learning about nutrition so you can have endless energy to show up as your best self.
