I'm Rebecca Louise

And I'm so excited you're here. My goal? To get you to see what you are fully capable of — both physically and mentally.

Like so many others, I struggled with my body image in my teens and was very underweight for a period of time. I felt uncomfortable going into a gym and had no idea about nutrition or what to eat. Once I discovered the proper balance of exercise I could do at home and clean eating with supplements, it set me on a new path to take control of not just my health, but my whole life.

I was never the most talented or the best — what I have is work ethic, grit, determination & a strong vision.

I'm here to help you find that same grit. Feeling strong and powerful in your body. Learning about nutrition so you can have endless energy to show up as your best self. And discovering the motivation to live with positivity, even when you don't feel like it. If you're ready to get moving and love your life, let's get started!

Breathwork to Power Every Rep

Pair your breath with your movement and you'll feel stronger, last longer, and move with way more control through every single workout.

  • Inhale through your nose as you reset between reps.
  • Exhale through your mouth on the hardest part of the movement.
  • Keep your breath steady — don't hold it through the burn.

Tip: Steady breathing keeps your energy up, your form sharp, and helps you push through that "one more rep" moment.

Green De-Bloat Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • ½ medium banana
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • (Optional) 1 scoop of Rebecca's vanilla protein powder
  • ½–1 cup cold water (to blend)
  • ½ cup ice
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust water for desired consistency.
  4. Serve immediately.

Greek Yogurt Power Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or 2%)
  • 1 scoop of Rebecca's vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1–2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp granola (optional for crunch)
Instructions
  1. Mix the Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top with mixed berries.
  3. Sprinkle chia seeds evenly over the top.
  4. Drizzle almond butter and honey if desired.
  5. Add granola for extra texture and enjoy immediately.
